Bo Hedfors

Mr. Hedfors has 38 years of global telecom experience. He is President of Hedfone Consulting, Inc in California. During his long corporate career he was EVP at Motorola, CEO of Ericsson Inc. in the US and CTO of Ericsson in Sweden. Mr. Hedfors is member of the Board of 5 companies, has served as advisor to Sun, Compaq, HP and is currently engaged as advisor to both small private and large public communications companies worldwide. He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden and is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.

Richard Allan Horning

Mr. Horning has been practicing commercial law in Silicon Valley since the 1970's and is a principal at Fish & Richardson P.C., Silicon Valley Office. He specializes in counselling high technology companies in all stages of development, ranging from garage based start-ups to Fortune 500 multinationals. Mr. Horning was honored by LMA San Francisco as the Rella Lossy Award Winner for Outstanding Law Firm Marketing Attorney in 2004. He was elected by his peers for inclusion in the Who's Who of Internet and E-Commerce Lawyers, and as a Northern California Intellectual Property Super Lawyer in 2004 and 2005.

Mike Moghaddas

Mr. Moghaddas is Managing Partner at management consultant Neeroo Consulting, Vice President of Business Development at I.C.M-Investment Partners AG and a serial entrepreneur. He spent the last five years at Sony where he was Head of Business Development for Sony Wireless Activities and later the youngest member of the Sony Ericsson Joint Venture and Turn Around team. His line of Mobile Walkman products has generated over 4 Billion Euro in revenues to Sony Ericsson (2005).
