Togeth­er with Her­aeus Pre­cious Met­als Smoltek Hydro­gen devel­ops next-gen­er­a­tion, ultra-low irid­i­um Porous Trans­port Elec­trodes (PTEs) for Pro­ton Exchange Mem­brane (PEM) water elec­trol­y­sis. As a major mile­stone in this part­ner­ship, the com­pa­nies will ini­ti­ate a rig­or­ous 3,000-hour long-term dura­bil­i­ty test this autumn.

Smoltek joins MAXBATT for scaling battery production

Smoltek joins MAXBATT – a nation­al indus­try con­sor­tium led by Chalmers Uni­ver­si­ty of Tech­nol­o­gy, where lead­ing play­ers such as Sca­nia, AB Vol­vo and Vol­vo Cars are col­lab­o­rat­ing to devel­op the bat­tery pro­duc­tion of the future. For Smoltek, the mem­ber­ship rep­re­sents a strate­gi­cal­ly impor­tant val­i­da­tion of the company’s nanotechnology.
