Smoltek has reached a milestone receiving the company’s 50th granted patent. The patent right relates to nanostructure processing methods in South Korea.
The new South Korean patent further strengthens the position of our growth related patent family towards forming of nanostructures and nanostructure devices. The method covers different types of nanostructures including carbon nanotubes, nanofibers, nanowires, etc.
“Our 50th patent solidifies our unique nanostructure growth platform technology that enables manufacturing of nanomaterial devices on CMOS platform.
