During Semicon Taiwan 2025, one of the world’s most influential semiconductor technology expos, Smoltek was invited by the strategic partner ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) to showcase the groundbreaking CNF-MIM capacitor technology – enabling more energy-efficient capacitors for the next generation of advance chips for AI, data centers and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
In this video Dr. Qi Li, Project Manager at Smoltek Semi interviews both Dr. Arthur Lin, Division Director Smart Sensing & Systems Technology Center at ITRI, and Dr. Shun Chiu Lin, Team Manager for the Gen-One development program at ITRI.
