Founder and current CIO shifts role in the company

Smol­tek does not expect that Shafiq Kabir’s trans­ition to a new role will affect the company’s day-to-day busi­ness, as Smol­tek has built a broad know­ledge base around its tech­no­logy plat­form from research and devel­op­ment to com­mer­cial­iz­a­tion and licensing.

The company’s CNF-MIM tech­no­logy for capa­cit­ors to the semi­con­duct­or industry is cur­rently being eval­u­ated by large poten­tial com­mer­cial part­ners, and the work related to fur­ther devel­op­ment, fin­an­cing, col­lab­or­a­tion and licens­ing in new applic­a­tion areas is con­duc­ted in the wholly-owned sub­si­di­ary Smol­tek Innov­a­tion AB with assist­ance from the stra­tegic advis­ory part­ner DC Advisory.
