Smoltek wins the 'Best of Session Paper' at virtual IMAPS 2020
Smoltek attended the virtual IMAPS 2020 symposium in October last year. In this virtual format of the 53rd International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society symposium our technical paper was selected ‘Best of Session Paper’.
The IMAPS 2020 all virtual symposium consisted of over 75 technical presentations across 5 tracks and 17 session categories. The presentations was available for on-demand viewing complemented by a live Q&A session.
At the symposium R&D engineer Victor Marknäs presented the Smoltek paper: “Electrical performance and robustness of ultra thin high-density carbon nano fiber capacitors on silicon, alumina and glass substrate materials”.
The technical committee has selected the Smoltek paper (by Victor Marknäs, Vincent Desmaris, Amin Saleem, Maria Bylund, Rickard Andersson, Elisa Passalacqua and Shafiq Kabir) to be 'Best of Session Paper'.
