Smoltek has reached a milestone receiving the company’s 50th granted patent. The patent right relates to nanostructure processing methods in South Korea.
“Our 50th patent solidifies our unique nanostructure growth platform technology that enables manufacturing of nanomaterial devices on CMOS platform. We are delighted to see that our IP footprint is strengthened in South Korea, another main hub for semiconductor manufacturing,” says Smoltek CIO, Dr. M. Shafiq Kabir.
