On Octo­ber 1st Ola Tiver­man takes on a new role as Pres­i­dent of the whol­ly owned sub­sidiary Smoltek Semi AB, a busi­ness unit entire­ly focused on licens­ing tech­nol­o­gy con­cepts to the semi­con­duc­tor and elec­tron­ics indus­try. Olas new title: CRO & Pres­i­dent Smoltek Semi.

Today Smoltek announces that Ola Tiver­man will take on a new role as Pres­i­dent of the whol­ly owned sub­sidiary Smoltek Semi AB, a busi­ness area com­pa­ny entire­ly focused on licens­ing tech­nol­o­gy con­cepts to the semi­con­duc­tor and elec­tron­ics industry.

“This is a step in ensur­ing the break­through of CNF-MIM and oth­er appli­ca­tions aimed at the semi­con­duc­tor and elec­tron­ics indus­try,” says Ola Tiverman.

Smoltek Semi AB was estab­lished in Jan­u­ary 2019, with the aim of util­is­ing the sub­sidiary as a con­trac­tu­al par­ty vis-à-vis exter­nal licensees through sub­li­cens­ing of Smoltek AB’s patent port­fo­lio and know-how.

Smoltek and the subsidiary Smoltek Semi has extended its evaluation license agreement with a global manufacturer of passive components. License agreement for evaluation of CNF-MIM technology extended

Smoltek announces that the license agreement, signed with a global manufacturer of electronic components for its technical and commercial evaluation of Smoltek’s capacitor technology, will be further extended until the end of August 2021.
