Håkan Persson most recently comes from the position as Interim SVP Sales & Strategy for the biometrics company Next Biometrics, which is listed in Norway. He has previously been CEO or interim CEO of other listed technology companies such as Neonode, Precise Biometrics and Scalado, and has held several leading positions with sales and operational responsibility within the northern European part of IBM.

“Smoltek is in an expansive and exciting phase with potential to reach the market with its ultra-thin CNF-MIM capacitors for the semiconductor industry, as well as in new focus areas where electrolyzers for industrial hydrogen production is the leading project so far. It will be an exciting challenge to realize this potential together with the technically skilled and innovative Smoltek team, and I look forward to contribute with my knowledge and experience from similar situations”

Carbon nanofibers in hydrogen electrolysis & fuel cells Hydrogen has emerged as a key to store renewable energy and making heavy industry carbon-free. Two application areas of immediate vital importance. The core technologies that make this possible are hydrogen electrolysis and fuel cells. Electrolysis converts electricity into hydrogen, while fuel cells convert the hydrogen back to electricity....
