Smoltek’s interim report for Q3 2024

Håkan Pers­son, CEO of Smoltek com­ments on the peri­od (excerpt):
”We are cur­rent­ly in an active phase of dia­logues with poten­tial stake­hold­ers as part of the ten­der process we start­ed for the sum­mer. Our focus is on seek­ing strate­gic part­ners who can con­tribute both cap­i­tal and indus­tri­al exper­tise, which will accel­er­ate the com­mer­cial­iza­tion of our tech­nolo­gies. These talks are intense, and we are opti­mistic about their development.

This process is well sup­port­ed by the deci­sive tech­no­log­i­cal break­throughs achieved in both our busi­ness areas, with sig­nif­i­cant progress in both the semi­con­duc­tor and hydro­gen areas. This progress strength­ens our posi­tion in dis­cus­sions with poten­tial partners.

Through this type of col­lab­o­ra­tion, we retain con­trol over tech­nol­o­gy devel­op­ment while gain­ing access to part­ners’ resources and exper­tise. In the semi­con­duc­tor area, we are con­tin­u­ing the dia­logue with Yageo and oth­er lead­ing play­ers, while on the hydro­gen side we are hold­ing dis­cus­sions with major elec­trolyz­er man­u­fac­tur­ers and oth­er indus­tri­al players.”
