Smoltek enters into agreement with DC Advisory as strategic advisor for the company’s expansion
DC Advisory is a leading global financial advisor with expertise in industrial transactions, with a network in the semiconductor and electronics industry as well as in additional industrial segments where Smoltek's technology could bring potential benefits. As a subsidiary of the investment bank Daiwa Capital Markets, DC Advisory is a part of the Japanese company group Daiwa Securities Group.

Smoltek has been approved for listing of the company’s shares at Aktietorget. The subscription period for the IPO has now started. 1 117 300 shares are offered which corresponds to 20 MSEK.
