At least one of the elecÂtrodes comÂprisÂes a catÂaÂlyst strucÂture, the catÂaÂlyst strucÂture comÂprisÂing an elecÂtriÂcalÂly conÂducÂtive mateÂrÂiÂal. The elecÂtrolyzÂer also comÂprisÂes at least one feedÂing means, whereÂin the feedÂing means is arranged to introÂduce a viable elecÂtroÂmagÂnetÂic field.
