Smoltek wins the Best Oral Paper Award at EDAPS 2019
Smoltek attended the international IEEE EDAPS conference for the first time come this last December. Besides presenting new and improved data for the CNF-MIM technology Vincent Desmaris also won the title ‘Best Oral Paper Award’.

Smoltek practically doubles the capacitance density for CNF-MIM – again
A year ago, the capacitance density for the CNF-MIM capacitor technology was at 200 nF/mm^2. In May this year it had risen to 350. And now we nearly have doubled that to +650 nF/mm^2!

At the annual IEEE Electronic Component and Technology Conference 2019 Smoltek presented new and improved measurement data for the CNF-MIM capacitance density – now in the range over 350nF/mm^2.
Smoltek patent No. 49 now granted
Smoltek has yet another granted patent to add to its extensive IP portfolio. This patent, the 49th of the company’s granted patents, is regulating patent rights on nanostructure processing in China.
